I really dropped the ball on blog posts during most of September and the first half of October. I guess it’s just that time of the year! I’ve been busy but I’m so happy to finally share this beautiful wedding. I was excited to return to Stonegate Glass Chapel for Will and Ashtyn’s wedding. Stonegate Glass Chapel is a beautiful wedding venue located just a few miles north of Branson. Will and Ashtyn came all the way from Louisiana for their wedding and brought many family members and friends along with them.

Will and Ashtyn were the sweetest couple and I absolutely loved shooting their Stonegate Glass Chapel wedding. One of the most special parts about this wedding is that they were actually married on their 8th dating anniversary. I also have to tell you a special story about their rings! Will gave Ashtyn a promise ring way back in 2012. It was made from a brooch belonging to her grandmother.

Will actually bought Ashtyn’s engagement ring after high school in 2013, but they weren’t engaged until July of 2017! Will’s ring was made from a half dollar (chosen by Ashtyn) that was from his grandfather’s coin collection. Ashtyn’s necklace was also given to her by her late grandmother and grandfather and contained diamonds from her grandmother’s ring. There were so many special pieces of jewelry from this wedding!
