It was a great day for another Branson Landing pro

It was a great day for another Branson Landing proposal! Emily was a little suspicious that Nick was driving under the speed limit so that they got to the Landing at the right time, but he still managed to surprise her with a proposal in front of the fountains! She said yes! I had so much fun with Nick and Emily getting these engagement photos. The Branson Landing has so many spots that are perfect for photos, and you’d never suspect you’re next to a shopping center! Also, after the proposal, a guy came up to us and had recorded the proposal on his phone and sent it to Nick! Sadly, the guy lives in Alaska, so hiring him as my videographer would be a tad impractical, but seriously though, how awesome is that? I’ll admit I’m a little surprised that hasn’t happened before today! I would definitely start recording someone’s proposal for them in the “wild” if I saw it and wasn’t the hired photographer! Here are a few of my favorites from their session! Congrats again you two!! 😄

I feel like my photo sessions are always fun (for

I feel like my photo sessions are always fun (for something a lot of people seem to dread lol), but the best ones are the ones full of laughter and joy! My photoshoot with the Miller crew is definitely a photoshoot that I will sit editing with a goofy grin on my face the whole time! We got so many fun photos! And this was definitely one of the happiest two year olds I’ve photographed this year, despite it being pretty chilly! 😄

Here’s the last sneak peak for Saturday! We got so many fun photos with the Cornell family at Edwards Mill! The ducks wanted to be part of some of the photos, but they just didn’t know they were supposed to sit in front of the group for the best results! Isn’t that pom-pom hat the cutest thing ever on the little one? 😍 I don’t love the cold, but I am loving the winter outfits my clients have been wearing!

Yesterday I took senior portraits for Maddy at Edw

Yesterday I took senior portraits for Maddy at Edward’s Mill! We had so much fun! It was overcast for most of the session, which is perfect for photos, and there was a little bit of light rain about halfway through, but the sprinkles didn’t stop us from being able to get a ton of amazing photos! I absolutely love working with seniors and getting to be creative with locations and poses. I hope you guys love these photos as much as I do! I met up with the Burris family yesterday at Dogwo

I met up with the Burris family yesterday at Dogwood Canyon for some autumn family photos! It was a tad warmer than we expected, but the leaves on the trees are in full color and beautiful! Also, I think they totally nailed these outfits! 😍 I had so much fun taking these photos, though I bet if you ask the kids, I made them take photos for hooooooours. 😉 Thankfully I work quickly, so nobody actually has to endure hours of family photos with me. I imagine almost nobody wants to pose for photos for hours at a time, but if so, I’d be down for it! 🤪😆 Here’s a little sneak peak of my favorites! 😃
