DJ & Haily’s Dogwood Canyon Wedding

I was so excited to photograph DJ and Haily’s Dogwood Canyon Wedding. If DJ and Haily look familiar, you might have seen their Canyon Trail elopement at Top of the Rock! I photograph a lot of proposals, but many couples are from out of state so it’s always exciting to work with a couple who lives nearby! DJ and Haily live in Branson and I was thrilled when they ask me to photograph their Dogwood Canyon wedding!

I love Dogwood Canon, it’s one of my favorite wedding venues in Branson. Dogwood Canyon is also a great place to propose. I photographed this wedding several months ago and I can’t believe how long it’s taken me to get it on the blog! Summer gets crazy and blogging tends to get neglected, but I’m back!

This was one of my favorite weddings to date. DJ and Haily are wonderful people, and it’s always a pleasure to work with them! Here are a few (okay, a lot) of my favorite images from their Dogwood Canyon wedding.

I’m not crying, you’re crying!

DJ and Haily asked their minister to step to the side for their first kiss as husband and wife. This is a great idea if you want to capture that special moment without someone peeking out from behind you!
